What's your minimum order quantity?

For screen printing, our minimum is typically 24 pieces. For embroidery, we can start as low as 12 pieces. If you need a smaller quantity, reach out - we'll do our best to accommodate special requests.

How long does production take?

Most orders are completed and shipped within 7-10 business days from artwork approval. Rush orders are available for an additional fee if you need your items sooner. Let us know your deadline and we'll work with you to make it happen.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes! We work with businesses across the United States. Whether you're local to Spearfish, SD or on the opposite coast, we handle production and shipping to get your order delivered on time.

What if I don't have a design or logo ready?

What file formats do you accept for artwork?

We prefer vector files (.AI, .EPS, .PDF) for the best quality, but we can also work with high-resolution images (.PNG, .JPG) if that's what you have. If you're unsure, just send us what you've got and we'll let you know if we need anything else.

Can you handle large volume orders (500+ pieces)?
